Christmas Wishlist
It’s cold, it’s bleak, you freeze the moment you leave the comfy confinements of your bed… It’s winter time! Which also brings along my favourite holiday of the year: Christmas! Every year I make a wishlist so my mom and grandma have an easy time buying me presents. Here are a few of the books on this year’s list.
The last four books of the Scott Pilgrim comic series (first book is Scott Pilgrim’s Precious Little Life). I love these books – they’re so tiny and quick to read, and full of geeky fun.
The Hex Hall series, starting with Hex Hall. I love witch books. I think I never overcame the void the Harry Potter books left behind. Hopefully these will at least scratch my witchy-itch!
The Kate Daniels series is a really cool urban-fantasy series. So far I’ve only read the first book, Magic Bites, but when I own some more of them I’ll be able to continue. With urban-fantasy series I love to just read them one after the other, instead of waiting a year between each
And where would my wishlist be without some Stephen King? Under the Dome and 11.22.63 are both huge tomes. I tend to prefer his longer books to his shorter ones, so I can’t wait to dig into these!
Do you make a wishlist for Christmas? What books are you wishing for this year?
