Spring into Horror Readathon

Horror! Creepiness! Reading! It’s Spring into Horror Readathon time! This is an extremely laid-back readathon, where you choose your own level of commitment and you’re only asked to read (a part of) one book that can be considered spooky in any way. It doesn’t have to be an actual horror book. For more info, check out Seasons of Reading.

I’m really on the fence on what to read for this readathon. First of all I’ll have to finish my school book, Faust. Then I can pick between Army of the Lost, Hyperion and Bitter Spirits. So that’s ghosts, zombies, and spirits. I think I have the horror aspect covered!

spring*** Update ***

So, it’s the 4th of May now which marks the ending of the readathon at midnight. Although I didn’t update at all, I managed to do quite a bit of reading. I finished Faust, read Bitter Spirits in its entirety, did about 15% of Hyperion (I’m reading that son of a female dog in German and it’s slow going) and finished the last 150 pages of A Clash of Kings (not on the list). All in all that’s probably around 650 pages I read during the readathon, which is awesome!
