Spooktacular Paranormal Reading Challenge: Sign Up
I absolutely love Halloween. It’s the absolute best thing about fall since I hate the cold and all the rain. Halloween is the start of all the fun winter celebration days! Plus, it comes with ghosts and spooky pumpkins and evil witches. Throw in the zombie shuffle and you’ve got yourself a great party!
To get in the proper Halloween mood I’m joining Marie’s Spooktacular Paranormal Reading Challenge! Doesn’t that sound wonderful? If you think so as well, you can go to her blog here and sign up!
The goal of the challenge is to read and review three (or more) paranormal books. They can be any kind of paranormal you prefer: paranormal romance, urban fantasy or maybe some book featuring the zombie apocalypse. There is also a Twitter hashtag (#SPRC) to chat with the other participants and Marie’s hosting a wonderful giveaway as well.
This is my very tentative spooky reading list:
Lucretia and the Kroons by Victor LaValle (spooky factor: zombies)> Review- Demon Apocalypse by Darren Shan (spooky factor: demons & gore)
- From Dead to Worse by Charlaine Harris (spooky factor: vampire politics, brr)
No Humans Involved by Kelley Armstrong (spooky factor: black magic, necromancy)> ReviewLies Beneath by Anne Greenwood Brown (spooky factor: killer mermaids)> Review to come!
Let me know if you signed up as well!
