2014 TBR Pile Reading Challenge: Sign Up

With pain in my heart, I have to admit that at the time of writing this I own about 193 unread books. Since I own 449 books, two fifth of my books aren’t read.

Enter the 2014 TBR Pile Reading Challenge hosted by Bookish! You can sign up over at their blog.

The goal of this challenge is to kick that TBR into submission, and to only read books published in 2013 or earlier. Basically, all those new shiny books publishers are sending you aren’t allowed, and those musty neglected books on your shelf will get some love! I’m going absolutely all out for this challenge, and will try to read 50+ books, the level of Married with Children. I own at least 180 books that are eligible for this challenge, so picking them shouldn’t be too hard. I will be keeping track of the challenge in my weekly updates in 2014.
